Project Leadership is the overseeing organization for the ICE League and is committed to partnering with the community to present a high quality league for students that promotes the value of education and the importance of good health and character. A team of Project Leadership personnel and the ICE League Commissioner and Assistant Commissioner meet routinely to plan and execute the ICE League vision.

Tom Lyon currently works as Athletic Supervisor at Muncie Central High School. He offers 22 years of experience as an athletic director, serving three years at Daleville Jr. Sr. High School, four years at Wes-Del High/Middle School and 15 years at Muncie Southside High School.

For the past 4 years, Mr. Lyon has been the Director of the State Volleyball Tournament for the IHSAA and coached volleyball at Daleville for 7 years. He coached one All-State player and one Indiana All-Star player. He has been married 25 years to his wife, Darlene, and has two children – Courtney, a senior childlife specialist major at Ball State University, and Colton, who is a sophomore Physics major at Ball State.


Adrian Barrett is a graduate of Muncie Southside High School where he was a member of the Rebels basketball team. He went on to play collegiately at Kemper Military College, a junior college located in Boonville, Missouri and then Indiana University East in Richmond, Indiana. Mr. Barrett currently serves as the supervisor of In School Suspension at Muncie Central High School where he also assists Coach Brad Seiss with the Bearcat football team and Coach Jeff Holloway with the boys basketball team. He is the proud father of six children — three boys and three girls.
